This Carnegie home received a comprehensive exterior siding remodel that dramatically improved both appearance and energy efficiency. We started by installing new fanfold insulation on all exterior walls, creating an essential thermal barrier that helps reduce heating and cooling costs year-round.

Our crew then installed premium Polaris Weathertech Dutchlap Vinyl Siding, utilizing proper accessories including J channel and sill trim around all windows for a professional, weathertight finish. All corners were completed with durable corner posts that protect the vulnerable edges of the home while providing clean, attractive lines.
The project included replacing approximately 194 linear feet of fascia on the left side of the home. Additionally, we removed the existing side deck, constructed a new roof structure over the entry, and installed OSB sheathing along with matching siding over the door and window openings for complete protection.
Throughout the project, we maintained constant communication with the homeowner through mobile notification links providing real-time progress updates. All debris was removed using an on-site dumpster, and we conducted thorough magnetic rolling to ensure the property was completely free of nails and metal debris. Alan Construction completed this Carnegie siding replacement, transforming the home’s exterior with lasting quality and protection.

In addition to its energy efficiency, vinyl siding is available in a variety of colors and styles, allowing homeowners to customize their home's exterior to match their personal taste. Its resistance to fading and ability to withstand harsh weather conditions make it a long-lasting investment for any property.
Selecting the appropriate siding material is crucial for achieving the desired look and functionality of your home. Factors such as climate, budget, and architectural style should influence your decision.
